The website strass-foremata.gr (hereinafter “Online Store”) is the online store of the Greek company with the name “Pothiti Papapanagiotou & Co. EE” and the distinctive title “Strass”, based in at the address Sotiros Dios 30, Pireas 185 35, tel. 210-4226116. The visit and use of the Online Store automatically implies the acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store. Strass reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, change or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems necessary and without prior notice, by simply announcing them through the Online Store.

Online Store Products

Clothing and related products (hereinafter “products”) of the Strass store product range are available for sale through the online store. The delivery of the products purchased through the Online Store takes place throughout Greece in collaboration with a courier company. Products of the Online Store are sold until stocks are exhausted. The online store strass-foremata.gr can provide no guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely information of the final consumers about their non-availability. The photos of our products are as close as possible to reality as well as their colors, but they may also show some discrepancies.

Limitation of liability of Strass

Strass puts up for sale the products of the Online Store in accordance with these terms of use and applicable law. Strass is not responsible for any damages or losses that may be caused to customers and / or users of the Online Store, in addition to the obligation to return and replace products as defined below. Strass is not responsible for any kind of damage (positive, special or negative, which indicatively and not restrictively, divisively and / or cumulatively consists in loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) suffered by the visitor / user of the Online Store or third party due to the operation or use of its services, pages, services, options and contents and / or the inability to provide services and / or information available from it and / or any unauthorized interference by third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through it. Place an order

Orders must be received through the Online Store by completing and sending the relevant Order Form.

Product prices include VAT. 24%. Strass reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of already registered orders.

The shipment of the order will be accompanied by a retail receipt.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery, you pay the courier distributor with the delivery of the order at your place, at no extra charge.

Delivery / Ownership / Risk

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with courier service. In areas where it is not possible to send your order through the courier service, the shipping time is that provided by the Hellenic Post. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The total cost (shipping by cash on delivery) for the whole of Greece is (5.00 € for each item). These charges apply to areas that are not designated as inaccessible by the cooperating transport company. For areas that are outside the service network, and are characterized as inaccessible, shipping costs will be differentiated or will be arranged for your pick-up from the nearest courier branch. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of the cost of transport after Confirmation of Order Registration in writing and within a period of approximately 24 hours. If you do not agree with the shipping cost, you have the right to request the correction or cancellation of the order within 2 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information. The expiration of this deadline will be proof of your agreement and acceptance of the shipping costs.

The delivery time mentioned in the Registration Confirmation is approximate. Strass will make every effort to send you the products as soon as possible, ie from (1 to 6) working days depending on the place of delivery. For the products whose availability is “ON ORDER” and with the condition that this order is possible, the delivery is set in approximately 6-8 working days. The place of delivery is mentioned in the Registration Confirmation.

The delivery time of the order to the customer is defined according to the availability of the products and is the one mentioned in the telephone confirmation of the order.

Strass reserves the right to deliver the goods in the event of force majeure. Therefore, in the event that there is a delay in the delivery of the order due to incidents of force majeure, such as extreme weather events or strikes, etc., Strass does not become overdue.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order beyond the 3 days stay of the products in its store.

Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Every customer of the Online Store has the right, according to the current legislation, to withdraw from the sale without justification, informing Strass by phone and to return the product purchased within seven (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, you can replace the product with another of equal or greater value, or with the same in the number that suits you. If the other product or number you selected is not available, we will refund your money. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered (with a card), complete, without damage (both the product and the packaging) and must not have been used. It is also required to be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or purchase invoice. Before each return, the customer must contact the store in order to set the time of receipt of the product. Return of the purchase price is done in the same way as the payment for the purchase has been made, within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the product in the aforementioned situation. In case of repeated returns or in case Strass, in its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, it has the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

Applicable law and other terms

Any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.

Any concession, grant or non-application of one or more of these Terms by Strass may not be construed as a waiver, temporary or final, partial or total, of any right or claim arising out of them or by law.

This Convention shall be governed by European and Greek law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
